Job Overview
The Steel Sales Manager is responsible for leading and growing the steel sales division at Tech Store’s Tripoli branch. This position involves developing and implementing sales strategies focused on steel products, structuring sales processes, and managing relationships with key clients in the construction and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in steel sales management, market analysis, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies for steel products to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify market trends, client needs, and growth opportunities in the steel industry.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the construction and industrial sectors. Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues.
- Structuring Sales Processes: Establish efficient sales processes, including pricing strategies, negotiation tactics, and sales presentations tailored to steel products. Ensure consistency and effectiveness in all stages of the sales cycle.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities in the steel market.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and analyze data to track sales performance, forecast demand, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely product availability, accurate inventory levels, and efficient fulfillment of client orders.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. Additional certification in sales or steel management is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in steel sales, with proven experience in sales management and structuring. Strong knowledge of the steel industry and client base in the region.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM and sales management software, and strong understanding of steel product specifications, market pricing, and industry regulations.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a results-driven approach and strong analytical abilities.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
