Responsibilities
- Understand client needs to offer the best solution.
- Working closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Create and present compelling product demonstrations that clearly showcase our offerings.
- Build trust with both new and existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and continuous engagement.
- Utilize CRM systems and data analytics tools to track performance, forecast trends.
- Stay informed on the last industry trends, competitive insights and emerging sales methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Keep an organized and updated pipeline to ensure every lead is nurtured and followed up on promptly.
- Effectively present products or services to potential customers, highlighting key benefits.
- Supervising the follow up with Techstore clients.
- Managing the turnkey solution sales team by ensuring a smooth and healthy work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field.
- 4 to 5 years sales experience, preferably within the tech industry with a minimum 2 years in a managerial or supervising position.
- Proficiency in using data, CRM software, and market analysis to drive informed sales strategies.
- Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a track record of closing deals.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong leadership skill.
- Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
