Sales Engineer – Turnkey Solutions Manager

Responsibilities

  • Identify client needs and provide tailored turnkey solutions.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, project, and support teams.
  • Deliver technical presentations to help clients find the right solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare cost estimates, project plans, and technical documentation.
  • Lead or support a sales/project team to ensure smooth execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor offerings.
  • Manage sales team to ensure sales targets and project goals are met on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales.
  • Proven experience in managing a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-developed external network to support sales and business growth.
