Responsibilities
- Identify client needs and provide tailored turnkey solutions.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to final delivery.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, project, and support teams.
- Deliver technical presentations to help clients find the right solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare cost estimates, project plans, and technical documentation.
- Lead or support a sales/project team to ensure smooth execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor offerings.
- Manage sales team to ensure sales targets and project goals are met on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales.
- Proven experience in managing a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Well-developed external network to support sales and business growth.
