Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

  •  Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, print, events…)
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive insights.
  •  Create compelling content for websites, blogs, social media.
  •  Manage social media accounts and engage with the online community.
  •  Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead-generation reports optimization.
  •  Coordinate with marketing team and external agencies for marketing materials.
  •  Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, Expo, trainings events, conferences.
  •  Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
  •  Stay updates with industry trends, marketing tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Marketing, advertising, similar role, preferably in the tech or retail industry (at least 4 years).
  • Proven experience of managing at least 2 employees.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, social media and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus
